The brief

To staff and accelerate development on an existing mental health platform (Emoneeds), primarily enhancing the admin portal's reporting and operational modules, building a new B2B corporate wellness portal, and maintaining the psychometric assessment product – all while the client simultaneously incubated a separate AI creative platform (Koyal.ai) using the same developer pool.

What we built

A comprehensive mental and emotional health technology platform comprising:

  • An Angular-based Admin Portal with 15+ report types, patient lifecycle management, roster/appointment system, OPD/RPP registration, clinical documentation, and v2 rebuild
  • A B2B Corporate Wellness Portal serving 6 roles with subscription management, Zoom-integrated therapy sessions, Razorpay billing, and analytics dashboards
  • A clinical-grade Psychometric Assessment Portal supporting 15+ validated instruments with automated scoring
  • A patient-facing self-registration flow
  • Firebase/WhatsApp/SMS notification infrastructure; and in parallel
  • Koyal.ai – a real-time AI video generation SaaS with multi-character avatars, lipsync, Stripe payments, and FilmArena battle sandbox.

Admin portal with full reporting suite, RPP/OPD registration, roster management, and clinical documentation is live in production. Corporate wellness portal has been demoed to enterprise clients (EyeQ) and is on UAT. Assessment portal is live with 15+ instruments. Koyal.ai beta (beta.koyal.ai) is live in production with real Stripe payments and Google OAuth. FilmArena sandbox is operational. Self-registration module deployed.
